There are many different types of poker machines to be found in a lot of poker rooms. These are typically arranged by denomination, however some may have mixed up the denominations. One of the most famous is the Aristocrat poker machine. For those of you who have never heard of this poker machine before, this is the machine that was at the center of the infamous Kitten Poker lawsuit.
Although this was a case where the plaintiff, Jenny Weis, who is an expert on casino game, and who works as a consultant to casinos for her day job, stated that she lost a lot of money because of an Aristocrat poker machine at the Philadelphia Franklin Hotel, a jury later ruled against her and found that the machine was not defective and therefore it was not liable for her losses. In the settlement to this suit, the casino paid her the full amount of her winnings. Of course, this did not mean that Jenny had gotten all of her money back and the casino had to pay the full winnings to her. In fact, it only meant that the casino had to bear the cost of replacing the Aristocrat poker machine, which was worth $30,000 or more.
The Aristocrat poker machine is a little different from other poker machines, which are just like other poker machines in a lot of ways. One of these differences is that it does not have a jackpot value. The prize payout is based on the number of players, which means that if you bet on a machine with a higher jackpot value, you stand a better chance of winning. If you win, you get the pot and you then continue to win. If you win every hand you play, the player’s table earns bonuses as a way of compensating the operator for the work he does in keeping the games moving along.
